Pay Rate: $35.00–$37.00 per hour

Aura Staffing Partners is seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This position offers guaranteed hours, flexible scheduling options, and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role with a supportive organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling services under appropriate supervision.
• Conduct client assessments and assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and document treatment outcomes.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Provide crisis intervention and support services as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Assist clients in identifying goals, developing coping skills, and accessing community resources.

Requirements:

• Active Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) license.
• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance abuse treatment, or counseling preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care.
