Location: Redmond, Washington
Work Model: 100% Onsite (No remote option)
Hours: Up to 1,676 hours per school per Contract Year
Initial Term: From award through August 31, 2027
Up to four (4) additional one-year renewals
The District seeks professional Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT) services to provide comprehensive injury prevention, emergency response, treatment planning, rehabilitation guidance, and compliance-based documentation for high school athletic programs.
Key Responsibilities

• Injury evaluation, assessment & emergency response
• First aid and immediate care of athletic injuries
• Treatment plan development & rehabilitation recommendations
• Taping and wrapping athletes
• Concussion baseline and post-injury testing
• Documentation in District systems (e.g., Final Forms)
• Coordination with athletic directors, nurses, coaches & parents
• Compliance with FERPA & HIPAA
• Maintain treatment areas & coordinate supplies
• Naloxone administration (if trained & authorized by District)

Education Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training (Accredited Program)
Required Certifications & Licensure

• Valid Washington State Athletic Trainer License
• Current BOC Certification
• NPI Number
• CPR / First Aid / AED (Healthcare Provider level)
• Good standing with WA Department of Health
