MJ Barber & Beauty Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Barber Instructorto join our growing team!
We are looking for someone who is motivated, professional, and dedicated to helping future barbers succeed in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Teach barbering theory and practical skills to students
- Demonstrate cutting, styling, shaving, and grooming techniques
- Guide students through hands-on training
- Track student progress and provide support
- Maintain a positive and professional learning environment
- Ensure compliance with state board requirements
- Assist in preparing students for licensing exams
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years active Barber License in State of CA (Required)
- Strong knowledge of barbering techniques and trends
- Previous teaching or mentoring experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for education and student success
