We're seeking a dedicated, hands-on Barbering Instructor for our Wayne, NJ campus.

What You'll Do:

• Teach, demonstrate, and evaluate all aspects of barbering, from foundational cuts and shaves to advanced styling and grooming.
• Lead engaging classroom instruction on technical skills, safety protocols, and industry trends.
• Mentor students one-on-one to build their confidence and practical skills behind the chair.
• Prepare students for success on the New Jersey State Licensing Exam.
• Maintain a current understanding of industry advancements to enrich the curriculum.

What You'll Bring:

• A valid NJ Cosmetology Instructor License.
• Relevant experience in the barbering industry.
• A dedication to continuous learning and sharing expertise.
• Outstanding ability to communicate and engage diverse adult learners.

Requirements:

• NJ Cosmetology Instructor License and experience in the barbering industry.
• High School Diploma.
• Strong communication skills to motivate and mentor aspiring professionals.
