We're seeking a dedicated, hands-on Barbering Instructor for our Wayne, NJ campus.

What You'll Do:
- Teach, demonstrate, and evaluate all aspects of barbering, from foundational cuts and shaves to advanced styling and grooming.
- Lead engaging classroom instruction on technical skills, safety protocols, and industry trends.
- Mentor students one-on-one to build their confidence and practical skills behind the chair.
- Prepare students for success on the New Jersey State Licensing Exam.
- Maintain a current understanding of industry advancements to enrich the curriculum.
What You'll Bring:
- A valid NJ Cosmetology Instructor License.
- Relevant experience in the barbering industry.
- A dedication to continuous learning and sharing expertise.
- Outstanding ability to communicate and engage diverse adult learners.
Requirements:
- NJ Cosmetology Instructor License and experience in the barbering industry.
- High School Diploma.
