What You’ll Do:
- Perform a full range of barbering services, including fades, tapers, beard trims and scissor cuts
- Confidently cut and style all hair textures and lengths
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation at all times
- Recommend retail products to support client hair care routines
- Build strong client relationships and support a high-quality guest experience
- Collaborate with the salon team during promotions, events, and photo shoots
Must-Haves:
- Current Georgia Barber License (required)
- Minimum 5 year of experience preferred, with strong foundational skills
- Skilled in both clipper and scissor techniques
- Experience with multicultural and textured hair is essential
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and great communication skills
- Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
