$2,000 Employee Referral Bonus Early morning schedule for excellent work-life balance Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and 401(k) with company match What You‘ll Do Provide individual, group, and family counseling for patients receiving substance use disorder treatment Complete comprehensive assessments, psychosocial evaluations, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Conduct admissions, discharges, transfers, and ongoing patient evaluations Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and behavioral health professionals to coordinate patient care Facilitate therapeutic groups and educate patients on addiction, recovery, relapse prevention, and wellness Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining regulatory and clinical documentation standards Qualifications Master‘s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required. Active professional license required, including one of the following:

LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) LICDC (Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor) LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)

Experience in substance use disorder, addiction treatment, behavioral health, or mental health counseling preferred. Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and patient engagement skills.
