PSYCLE ON WELLNESS LLC is recruiting both full-time and part-time Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals to join their growing team in Parkville, MD. Come earn your clinical hours, receive high-quality supervision, develop expertise in adolescent behavioral health, all while making progress toward independent licensure and earning a competitive salary.  If you are interested in juvenile justice specialization or using clinical skills with adolescents who may not otherwise have consistent access to high-quality care this might be the job for you.  Provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive behavioral health services in a structured multidisciplinary environment. 



Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group supportive counseling sessions using evidence-based treatment approaches
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards
• Collaborate with staff to complete assessments, intakes, and discuss medical needs
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed
• Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Active Maryland license in behavioral health (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LGPC, LGSW, or equivalent)
• Experience providing direct clinical services in a behavioral health or mental health setting
• Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or motivational interviewing
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Commitment to cultural competency and client-centered care
