Requirements
- Candidate must have an Active Florida Property & Casualty License to be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with brokered insurance products.
- Strong knowledge of multiple homeowners and commercial insurance carriers.
- Experience quoting, binding, and servicing brokered policies.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and carrier relationships simultaneously.
- Experience with agency management systems and comparative rating platforms preferred.
- Self-motivated with a strong customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Quote, place, and service brokered homeowners and commercial insurance policies.
- Work closely with multiple insurance carriers to secure the best coverage options for clients.
- Analyze coverage needs and provide tailored insurance recommendations.
- Assist clients with policy reviews, renewals, endorsements, and coverage changes.
- Maintain strong relationships with carrier representatives and underwriting partners.
- Collaborate with agency team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay current on carrier guidelines, underwriting changes, and market trends.
- Support retention efforts by proactively reviewing policies and identifying coverage opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all agency, carrier, and regulatory requirements.
Work Location
- Preferred: In-office in Lynn Haven, Panama City Beach, or DeFuniak Springs area.
