Responsibilities

• Implement weekly PLACE lead generation
• Host two open houses each month
• Join weekly script practice and team activities
• Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
• Advise buyers, secure agreements, and find homes
• Draft and negotiate buyer offers
• Use PLACE Technology to track clients and activities

Qualifications

• Self-motivated sales professional with a competitive drive
• Skilled at building rapport, listening, and finding solutions
• Effective communicator committed to service
• Team player with a real estate license
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Growth-oriented and eager to learn scripts
• Organized with excellent time management
• Industry experience preferred
