L.A. Insurance is seeking a motivated Licensed Call Center Insurance Agent to join our team. This role is perfect for a licensed Property & Casualty professional who enjoys working directly with customers, providing guidance on auto insurance coverage, and supporting both new and existing policyholders in a fast-paced agency environment. You will play a key role in helping customers secure appropriate coverage by quoting, binding, and servicing auto insurance policies. To support your success in your first year, L.A. Insurance offers a $5,000 Employment Success Bonus, paid out in milestone-based installments as you progress and meet key performance goals.
This is a high activity sales environment with approximately with 130–150 leads per day and 2,000+ calls per month.
