Shift Options: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Pay Rate: $55.00–$58.00 per hour

Aura Staffing Partners is seeking a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) for an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity. This role offers guaranteed hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to transition into a permanent position with a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct substance abuse assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling services.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and recovery-focused groups.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with medical and behavioral health professionals to coordinate care.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary.

Requirements:

• Active LCADC license.
• Experience in substance abuse treatment and behavioral health preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and counseling skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Position Highlights:
