Location: North CarolinaSalary: $115,000 - $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday to FridaySetting: Telehealth / Remote

This North Carolina remote counseling therapist role is designed for licensed clinicians who want to provide accessible mental health care through a professional telehealth setting. You will support clients through secure online sessions while maintaining high standards of clinical care and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual counseling services to clients located in North Carolina
  • Create individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress
  • Support clients with emotional, relational, and behavioral health concerns
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and progress documentation
  • Deliver ethical, confidential, and client-centered care

Requirements

  • Must hold an active North Carolina license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
  • Comfortable delivering care through telehealth
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage remote clinical responsibilities independently
