    Position Title:

    Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)

    Position Type:

    Part-Time or Full-Time Opportunities Available (Minimum 2 days/week)

    Position Summary:

    We are actively seeking Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors (LCMHC) to conduct initial diagnostic assessments and provide ongoing psychotherapy sessions to residents in long-term care and assisted living settings. This role offers significant flexibility and autonomy, while also ensuring strong clinical support and a team-oriented environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations of patients' mental health and psychosocial needs.

    • Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions tailored to each patients diagnosis and treatment goals.

    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement patient-centered treatment plans.

    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations.

    • Coordinate with administrative support to ensure billing and authorizations are processedallowing you to focus fully on clinical care.

    Work Setting:

    Services are provided in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and Assisted Living Facilities (ALF), focusing on improving mental health outcomes for residents in these care environments.

    Qualifications:

    • Licensure: Active LCMHC license

    • Education: Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling or equivalent

    • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills

    • Passion for working with geriatric and adult populations in long-term care settings

    Compensation:

    • Pay Structure: Pay-per-encounter model

    • Schedule: Minimum commitment of 2 days per week

    • Rate: Competitive compensation (commensurate with experience)
