Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

Location: KansasSalary: $115,000 - $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday to FridaySetting: Telehealth / Remote

This Kansas telehealth role offers licensed clinicians the opportunity to provide meaningful mental health support in a flexible remote setting. You will work with clients across Kansas through secure online sessions while keeping your schedule consistent and your clinical work focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide telehealth therapy services to clients located in Kansas
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Support clients with behavioral health, emotional wellness, and relationship concerns
  • Complete documentation accurately and within required timeframes
  • Maintain ethical, confidential, and client-centered care standards

Requirements

  • Must hold an active Kansas license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist (LCP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW)
  • Experience in counseling, psychotherapy, psychology, or clinical social work
  • Ability to provide effective services through a telehealth model
  • Strong professional judgment and communication skills
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
