POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Senior Director of the Clinical and Wellness Division, the Licensed Clinical Program Manager will oversee Counseling and Mental Health Services. The Licensed Clinical Program Manager will promote Catholic Charities mission and values and build effective relationships inside and outside the organization that inspire others to action.
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROGRAMS IINCLUDE:
Supportive Therapeutic Options Program (STOP)
School-Based Outpatient Program (SBOP)
Older Adult and Adult Outpatient Program
Nurturing Families-Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)
Pathway Forward- CBT-focused services for adults on probation
Community Health Workers (CHW)
Enhanced Care Management

MANDATED REPORTER STATUS
This position requires you to work with children, and your profession qualifies you as "mandated reporters" of child abuse or neglect, which is found in California Penal Code Section 11165.7. You are required to report suspected cases of abuse and neglect pursuant to California Penal Code Section 11166.5.
