We are seeking a full-time or part-time
Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) with a strong focus in
psychological assessment of children and adolescents. Psychotherapy is optional and based on clinician interest.

About the Role- Conduct psychological evaluations and integrate multi-method assessment data
- Provide thoughtful, thorough, well-written reports with diagnostic clarity and treatment recommendations
- Collaborate with families, schools, and referral sources as needed
- Optional: Provide psychotherapy services to children and adolescents
Clinicians in this role will primarily conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children and adolescents, including:
- ADHD and executive functioning evaluations
- Autism spectrum assessments
- Psychoeducational testing (e.g., learning disorders, academic concerns)
- Cognitive and personality assessment
- Diagnostic clarification for complex clinical presentations
Qualifications- PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology
- Active Virginia licensure (or eligibility)
- Strong interest and experience in child and adolescent psychological assessment
- Competence in integrating cognitive, behavioral, and personality data into diagnostic formulation
- Excellent interpersonal and clinical writing skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Clear and timely record-keeping
Compensation & Earning Potential- Compensation up to $200,000 annually, based on productivity, caseload, and assessment volume.
