Faith-based family health care center seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team of clinical professionals.
The Licensed Clinical Psychologist provides psychotherapy/therapeutic interventions to patients with a variety of mental health diagnoses and assists patients with social work issues. Please visit www.elfhcc.com for more information about our company and its mission to provide quality care to all.

QUALIFICATIONS • Must be a Licensed Clinical Psychologist • Experience in a health care setting is helpful • Experience utilizing the DSM-5 • Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Provides clinical/psychosocial assessments, referrals, and clinical treatment to patients • Coordinates and plans programs and activities to meet the patients social and emotional needs • Collaborates with other members of ELFHCCs behavioral health team, and medical providers to provide co-management activities for patients who require additional services • Develops treatment plans which include patient strengths/preferences • Establishes a plan for regular contact with each patient to review progress and assess the potential for additional needs • Maintains extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local assistance programs and community resources that affect patient needs
CRITICAL SKILL/REQUIREMENTS • Experience working with patients who have suffered from trauma, abuse, chemical dependency, and other behavioral health conditions • Experience working with the healthcare needs of underserved populations • Must have reliable transportation in order to get between sites, if necessary
