    Are you ready to elevate your clinical career? We're looking for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our leadership team in a supervisory role – someone who's passionate about clinical excellence and ready to collaborate closely with the Clinic Director.

    In this role, you'll help oversee clinic performance and operations alongside the Clinic Director — assisting with staffing, providing clinical resources, and handling administrative oversight for the team.

    This role is available part-time or full-time, with a flexible weekly schedule built around your caseload and leadership commitments

    Responsibilities Include:
    Supervision and Consultation
    • Participate in the weekly Clinic Director (CD) meeting
    • Provide weekly individual supervision and group supervision for master's level clinicians
    • Provide 1:1 consultation with all therapy staff to review productivity, caseload, and clinical documentation
    Administrative
    • Troubleshoot issues with our EHR (Valant) and billing
    • Support clinic staff development
    • Partner with CD to support administrative changes as needed
    • Coordinate with CD to support the hiring process
    Clinic Oversight
    • Assist CD with monitoring and managing clinic office schedules
    • Provide timely response to concerns raised by clients and clinicians
    • Maintain agreed upon clinical client caseload
    • Serve as back-up for CD when they are out of the office
    • Additional duties as assigned
    Required Skills/Abilities
    • Clinical Psychologist Degree or equivalent (PhD)
    • Independently licensed with a MA issued clinical practice license (we can help with getting licensed in MA - let's discuss)
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets
    • Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
    • Experience with Supervising Pre-Licensed Clinicians
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment
    • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
    • Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems
