Contract: April 6 – October 10, 2026 (26 weeks) – Temp to Perm Possible
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a behavioral health team in Penn Yan, NY. This role provides clinical support and counseling services to patients ages 5+ while ensuring compliance with NYS OMH standards.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday with shifts between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, plus rotating on-call coverage for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
Active LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LCAT license
Prior New York State work experience and familiarity with NYS OMH requirements
Experience working with patients ages 5 and up
This is a 26-week contract with the potential to convert to a permanent role for the right candidate.
