Job Overview:
 We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide remote mental health services to individuals in Tennessee.  This role offers the flexibility of working from home while delivering high-quality telehealth services to patients across the state. As part of a growing team, you will support patients in addressing emotional and psychological challenges through virtual counseling and therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telehealth assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide remote therapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other therapists to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain thorough and accurate electronic clinical documentation.
• Stay updated on best practices in telehealth services and comply with state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.
• Prior experience in remote counseling or telehealth preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and technological proficiency to provide virtual care.
• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a wide range of mental health issues.
