Licensed Therapist (LMHC/LCSW)

Our client is a growing outpatient behavioral health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health services to individuals and families throughout Central Florida. Their multidisciplinary team includes Psychiatry, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Physician Associates, and Therapists working together to improve the lives of patients in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Position

Our client is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join their expanding team in DeBary, Florida. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients achieve mental wellness through psychotherapy and is interested in becoming proficient in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. The practice handles scheduling, billing, and administrative functions, allowing providers to focus on patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

• $65.00 - $70.00 per hour

Requirements

• Active Florida LMHC or LCSW License
• Fluent in English and Spanish Highly Preferred
• Minimum of One Year of Counseling and Psychotherapy Experience
• EMDR Training and/or Certification Preferred
• Willingness to Complete EMDR Training if Not Currently Certified
• Strong Documentation and Clinical Assessment Skills
• Ability to Collaborate Within a Multidisciplinary Team
• Comfortable Utilizing Electronic Medical Records (Valant EMR)

Responsibilities

• Conduct Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments
• Develop Individualized Treatment Plans and Therapeutic Goals
• Provide Individual Psychotherapy Services
• Deliver or Become Proficient in EMDR Therapy for Appropriate Patients
• Collaborating with Psychiatric Providers Regarding Patient Care
• Maintain Accurate and Timely Documentation Within 24 Hours of Patient Encounters
• Participating in Treatment Planning and Clinical Consultations
• Ensure Compliance with Clinical, Ethical, and Regulatory Standards

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No Evenings
• No Weekends
