    Location: Pearsall, TX
     

    Job Type: Hybrid.  Full-Time, Monday to Friday

     

    Job Overview:
     Join our dynamic health center in Pearsall, TX area, serving a vibrant, high Spanish-speaking community. We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide on-site mental health services to individuals and families.  This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community through culturally sensitive care.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
    • Provide counseling and therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate mental health services within the community.
    • Advocate for patient access to community and healthcare resources.
    • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow ethical standards in practice.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Active Texas LCSW license or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) provisional considered.
    • Experience working with diverse populations, particularly Spanish-speaking communities, is a plus.
    • Strong communication and counseling skills.

     

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Salary range: $80,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience.
    • Loan repayment available
