Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide remote mental health therapy services to clients across Texas. In this telehealth role, you will meet with clients virtually, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapeutic support for individuals managing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, trauma-related concerns, and other behavioral health needs.
This position is a strong fit for an LCSW who enjoys structured clinical work, values meaningful client relationships, and wants to provide quality care in a remote setting without sacrificing professional stability.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical history
- Create treatment plans based on client goals, symptoms, and presenting concerns
- Use evidence-based therapy approaches suited to each client’s needs
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when appropriate
- Follow all HIPAA, privacy, and ethical practice standards
- Coordinate referrals or additional resources when clients need support beyond therapy
- Participate in clinical communication and case updates as needed
Requirements
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas
- Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Previous clinical experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
- Strong understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
