What You’ll Do

• Coordinate referrals to community resources and other government agencies as appropriate
• Conduct independent psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Provide psychosocial treatment to individuals from diverse backgrounds and needs
• Deliver counseling and/or psychotherapy to individuals, groups, couples, and families within scope of licensure
• Apply mental health and medical terminology, diagnoses, and treatment procedures in clinical practice
• Provide consultation to staff regarding psychosocial needs and treatment compliance
• Participate in peer review case conferences, research studies, or other required professional activities

What You Need
Required

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Graduate of a CSWE-accredited School of Social Work
• Current, valid, unrestricted LCSW license/certification
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Ability to pass a government background check/security clearance
• Minimum 1 year of Social Work experience in the past 3 years

Preferred

• Experience providing psychotherapy across individual, group, couple, and family settings

About the Assignment
This is a weekday, daytime clinical social work role supporting psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and care coordination. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team and provide consultative support to staff while maintaining high standards of clinical documentation and professional practice.
