You’ll step into an outpatient behavioral health focused on providing therapy and mental health services in a supportive, team-based environment. You'll enjoy a manageable patient volume with full support staff.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $60,000–$75,000 based on experience
• Bonus or incentives: Sign-on bonus potential
• Health insurance: Voluntary coverage starting at $75 per pay period
• Dental & vision: Available with $0 employee-only dental option
• Life insurance: Employer-paid $50,000 policy plus LTD and AD&D
• PTO: 2 weeks paid vacation, 48 hours sick leave, 12 paid holidays, plus your birthday off
• CME: 40 hours with a $1,500 annual allowance
• Retirement: 401(k) with up to 4% employer match
• Loan repayment: Eligible for programs up to $55,000
• Malpractice: Full coverage provided
