Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: Louisiana
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Summary
This role is for an LMFT licensed in Louisiana who enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families in a structured telehealth setting. You’ll run sessions, build treatment plans that make sense for the client’s real life, and track progress with clear documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy sessions (individual, couples, and/or family)
- Establish treatment goals and create plans clients can follow
- Maintain timely notes, treatment plan updates, and required documentation
- Support clients through concerns like anxiety, relationship stress, life changes, grief, and mood concerns
- Use referral pathways when a higher level of care is needed
- Follow licensing guidelines, ethical standards, and HIPAA requirements
Requirements
- Active Louisiana LCSW license (in good standing)
- Master’s in Social Work (MSW)
- Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient settings (telehealth is a plus)
- Comfortable with EHR documentation and video-based care
- Reliable internet and a private workspace for sessions
