Northland Health Centers is seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our integrated Behavioral Health team. Working under the Director of Behavioral Health, you will provide evidence-based outpatient counseling for patients with mild to moderate mental health concerns while collaborating closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and the primary care team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.ResponsibilitiesProvide evidence-based individual counseling and psychotherapy.Complete behavioral health assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.Collaborate with primary care providers regarding patient care and treatment recommendations.Identify social determinants of health and connect patients with community resources.Coordinate referrals for psychiatric evaluation, specialty behavioral health services, crisis intervention, or hospitalization when appropriate.Promote patient education, wellness, and self-management strategies.QualificationsRequiredCurrent North Dakota licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based counseling and behavioral health treatment modalities.Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.PreferredTwo or more years of outpatient behavioral health counseling experience.Experience in an integrated primary care setting.ScheduleMonday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PMTuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM–3:30 PMTotal RewardsWe offer a competitive benefits package including:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k)Employer-paid Life InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Paid Time Off and Paid HolidaysContinuing Education AssistanceLicense Renewal SupportStudent Loan Repayment Program eligibility for qualified providersEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)And more!A Typical DayYour day begins by reviewing referrals from primary care providers before seeing patients for scheduled therapy sessions.
