Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $40.00/hour plus 11 Paid Federal Holidays ($41.60 blended rate) with additional $5.09/hr paid towards Health and Wellness Benefits up to 40 hours/week

What You’ll Do
Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
Provide counseling and psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and groups.
Coordinate referrals to community and government agencies for additional services.
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to address mental health needs, including PTSD, TBI, and combat stress disorders.
Offer consultation to healthcare providers on psychosocial issues affecting patient care and compliance.
Participate in peer review, research, and professional development activities.
Support patients dealing with domestic violence, abuse, and other social issues.
What You Need
Required:
Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited school (CSWE)
Active, unrestricted LCSW license
BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the last 3 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Preferred:
Experience working with military populations or trauma-related disorders
Knowledge of medical and mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities
