Job Summary
A growing telehealth team is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services to clients in Texas. In this role, you will support clients through structured virtual sessions, helping them work through mental health concerns, emotional strain, major life changes, and personal goals.
You will be responsible for the full clinical flow of care, from intake and assessment to treatment planning, therapy sessions, documentation, and progress review. This position is ideal for an LCSW who wants a professional remote role with strong compensation, full benefits, and a clear focus on client care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote therapy services through a secure online platform
- Complete initial assessments and identify appropriate treatment needs
- Create practical treatment plans with clear client goals
- Provide ongoing therapy using evidence-informed clinical approaches
- Document client sessions, treatment updates, and progress notes
- Support clients with concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and adjustment
- Maintain compliance with clinical, ethical, and privacy standards
- Monitor changes in client presentation and respond according to clinical protocols
Requirements
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas
- Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Previous clinical experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
- Strong understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
