Provide <\/span><\/span>individual and group psychotherapy<\/span><\/span><\/b>, with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Conduct comprehensive <\/span><\/span>psychosocial assessments<\/span><\/span><\/b>, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning.
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Deliver evidence -based interventions for anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and other mental -health conditions.
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, neuropsychologists, nurse practitioners, and support staff to coordinate patient care.
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Maintain accurate and timely <\/span><\/span>clinical documentation<\/span><\/span><\/b> and progress notes within the EHR.
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Monitor patient outcomes, modify treatment plans as needed, and participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary meetings.
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and resource connection when needed.
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Participate in internal trainings, quality -improvement efforts, and team development.
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)<\/span><\/span><\/b> from an accredited institution.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Active LCSW license<\/span><\/span><\/b> in New York State (or eligibility to obtain).<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Demonstrated experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)<\/span><\/span><\/b> is required.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Minimum of <\/span><\/span>2+ years clinical experience<\/span><\/span><\/b> in an outpatient, behavioral -health, hospital, or medical setting preferred.<\/span>

Strong clinical assessment, psychotherapy, and case management skills.<\/span>

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.<\/span>
