Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, case consultation, and clinical feedback
• Support documentation, ethics, treatment planning, and professional growth
• Follow Louisiana supervision and licensing standards
• Maintain consistent communication with supervisees
• Help clinicians feel supported as they move toward licensure

Requirements

• Active Louisiana clinical license in good standing
• Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, Medical Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LCSW-BACS)
• Must meet Louisiana requirements to provide supervision
• Prior supervision experience preferred
