Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and professional guidance
• Support documentation, case review, treatment planning, and ethics
• Help supervisees build confidence and clinical skill
• Follow Illinois supervision and licensing standards
• Maintain professional supervision records

Requirements

• Active Illinois clinical license in good standing
• Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Clinical Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Must meet Illinois requirements to provide supervision
• Experience supervising counselors, therapists, or social workers preferred
