\nRole Description The licensed clinical therapist role is a full-time, onsite position responsible for delivering individualized mental health and addiction treatment services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting clinical assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions in person and via secure telehealth platforms. The therapist will monitor client progress, adjust interventions as needed, and collaborate with case managers, medical providers, and other team members to ensure coordinated care.
