Role Description The licensed clinical therapist role is a full-time, onsite position responsible for delivering individualized mental health and addiction treatment services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting clinical assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions in person and via secure telehealth platforms. The therapist will monitor client progress, adjust interventions as needed, and collaborate with case managers, medical providers, and other team members to ensure coordinated care. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, and adhering to all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards. The therapist will also contribute to program development, provide psychoeducation to clients and families, and support a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care environment.

Qualifications

• Clinical expertise in Mental Health and Psychology, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Background in Social Work and Case Management, with the ability to coordinate services and advocate for client needs.

• Experience in Family Therapy, with skills in supporting family systems and addressing relational dynamics in recovery.
• \n
• Current independent clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist) in the state of Missouri or eligibility for licensure transfer.

• Demonstrated experience working with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and diverse populations.
• \n
• Strong telehealth skills, including proficiency with electronic health records and secure video platforms.
• \n
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
