Job Description

High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW)

Licensed Clinician

Provide Clinical Leadership. Strengthen Families. Improve Outcomes.

New Alternatives, Inc. is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinician to join our High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) team. This role provides critical clinical leadership and oversight across HFW programs, ensuring high-quality, integrated, and family-driven care for children, youth, and families.

About the Role

The HFW Licensed Clinician provides clinical supervision, consultation, and oversight across High Fidelity Wraparound teams. This position ensures clinical integrity, supports complex case decision-making, and strengthens the integration of behavioral health treatment within the Wraparound planning process.

You will ensure that clinical services are fully embedded in the Plan of Care, rather than operating as a separate or siloed track, while supporting staff in delivering trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight across HFW teams and staff
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and evaluations
  • Review, sign, and approve High Fidelity Wraparound Plans of Care
  • Provide short-term crisis intervention, clinical consultation, and linkage to appropriate levels of care
  • Oversee clinical treatment planning for co-occurring disorders, including ASAM screening and coordination of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
  • Ensure clinical goals are fully integrated into the Wraparound Plan of Care
  • Support staff in delivering trauma-informed, family-centered, and culturally responsive services
  • Collaborate with facilitators, family specialists, and community providers to ensure continuity and quality of care

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay with room for growth based on experience and licensure
  • Flexible work environment
  • Comprehensive health and dental insurance options with low monthly costs
  • Paid time off
  • 403 Retirement plan
  • Professional development and ongoing clinical training opportunities
  • Supportive, collaborative multidisciplinary team culture
  • Opportunities for advancement within a growing, mission-driven organization
  • Increases based on merit and not tied to anniversary dates
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children, youth, and families every day

Qualifications

  • Must be a licensed Clinician in good standing in California
  • Eligible licenses include:
    • Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
    • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Experience in behavioral health, child and family services, crisis intervention, or integrated care settings preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and leadership skills
  • Commitment to family-driven, strengths-based, trauma-informed care
  • Current & Valid CA Driver's License Required

Compensation

  • $36–$43 per hour, based on licensure, experience, and qualifications
