Abound Health is hiring Licensed CNA or HHA or LPN to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. What You’ll Do

As a Licensed CNA or HHA or LPN, you will provide hands-on support that helps individuals build independence and confidence. Being a Licensed CNA or HHA or LPNis a rewarding experience – you will genuinely make a difference in somebody’s life. Responsibilities will include:

  • Specialized Feeding: Manage and administer nutrition and medications via feeding tube.
  • Direct Nursing Care: Provide comprehensive support, including monitoring vitals, mobility assistance, and personal care.
  • Medication Administration: Ensure accurate delivery of all medications in compliance with NJ state regulations.
  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with the family and care teams to implement the Individualized Support Plan (ISP).
  • Documentation: Maintain precise, timely clinical records of all treatments and interventions.

Schedule

June 1st - June 7th from 8pm -8am

Requirements

  • Active licensure in New Jersey is required.
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
  • Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary
  • Lifting may be required, depending on client needs

Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required – we provide paid training and support

Pay & Signing Bonus

Pay: $40/hr

$1,000 signing bonus paid in 3 installments when averaging 20+ hours/week
