We are seeking a detail-oriented and licensed Commercial Customer Service Representative to support and service a growing book of commercial insurance clients. This role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring policy accuracy, and providing prompt, knowledgeable service to meet client needs.
Salary Range: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including general liability, commercial auto, property, workers compensation, and umbrella policies
- Process policy changes such as endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and renewals
- Review policies for accuracy and coverage gaps; recommend solutions when appropriate
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner
- Assist producers with new business submissions, quoting, and binding coverage
- Prepare certificates of insurance, evidence of coverage, and other documentation
- Manage renewal process, including remarketing when necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system
- Ensure compliance with carrier underwriting guidelines and state regulations
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (required)
- 2+ years of commercial insurance servicing experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverages and policy structures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Proficiency with agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
