Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of commercial electrical experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Capable of installing and bending EMT conduit independently
Experience working safely on active commercial construction sites
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Active Texas Apprentice Electrician License required
OSHA 10 certification is a plus
Required Skills
EMT conduit installation and bending (90s, offsets, kicks, saddles, and box offsets)
Conduit layout and routing
Wire pulling and cable installation
MC cable installation
Installation of lighting fixtures, receptacles, switches, and electrical devices
Installation of junction boxes, supports, and raceways
Basic electrical troubleshooting using a multimeter
Ability to operate scissor lifts and work from ladders
Knowledge of commercial electrical construction practices and the National Electrical Code (NEC)
Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
