The Customer Service Representative is responsible for working primarily with clients. The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in long-term customer retention, and therefore should maintain an amiable, accommodating, and pleasant attitude within and outside of customer interactions. Provide exceptional bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service by assisting clients with policy inquiries, billing, claims, renewals, and coverage options while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with insurance regulations.
