The Customer Service Representative is responsible for working primarily with clients. The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in long-term customer retention, and therefore should maintain an amiable, accommodating, and pleasant attitude within and outside of customer interactions. BILINGUAL MANDATORY.
Salary Range: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with policy inquiries, billing, claims, renewals, and coverage options while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with insurance regulations.
Requirements
- Bilingual
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Flexible and adaptable to business requirements
- Basic computer skills and knowledge
- Microsoft Word/Excel knowledge
- Providing or offering additional services to preserve customer loyalty
- Compassionate and caring
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Must hold at least a P&C insurance license
- Ability to work Saturday 9am to 1pm
