Salary Range: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients with their insurance needs
- Service existing insurance policies, including processing changes, renewals, and inquiries
- Provide accurate quotes for new policies and assist potential clients in selecting the right coverage
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Collaborate with team members to support agency goals and growth
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid California Insurance License (Property & Casualty) required or a willingness to obtain one
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and insurance-related software is a plus
