Licensed Customer Service Representative Insurance

The Justin Pradel Agency, a local Farmers Insurance office in Bryn Mawr, is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable handling a variety of daily office tasks.

As part of our team, you will assist existing customers with their insurance needs, answer incoming phone calls, process payments, update policies, and provide general administrative support to keep the office running smoothly.

We are looking for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy office environment.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions.

Process customer payments and help with billing inquiries.

Make updates to existing insurance policies.

Assist with insurance documents, forms, and policy paperwork.

Respond to customer emails and follow up on service requests.

Maintain accurate customer records and organize documents.

Provide general administrative and office support.

Deliver friendly, professional customer service.

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in Pennsylvania.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Friendly, professional, and dependable.

Organized with excellent attention to detail.

Comfortable using computers and learning new software.

Ability to multitask and manage daily responsibilities.

Previous customer service or office experience preferred.

Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
