Salary Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person.
Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
Answer billing questions and assist clients with payments or account access.
Support agents by preparing quotes, gathering documents, and maintaining client files.
Communicate with insurance carriers to resolve issues or confirm policy details.
Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in the agency management system.
Assist with general office tasks and other agency service needs as required.
Previous insurance agency or CSR experience preferred (P&C license a plus).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
