Compensation
Base salary of $55,000
Retention commission: $2,000 $10,000+
New business commission: $4,000 $10,000+

Responsibilities
Service and maintain existing homeowners and auto insurance policies
Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing inquiries, and coverage questions
Provide outstanding customer service to support client retention
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and sell new home and auto policies
Work directly with carriers to ensure efficient policy servicing and issue resolution
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
Support retention efforts and contribute to overall agency growth
Requirements
Active New Jersey Property & Casualty License
Minimum 1 year of personal lines insurance experience
Experience servicing home and auto policies
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
