Licensed Customer Service Representative

K. Symons Agency Inc., an established Allstate Insurance agency, is seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team in a hybrid role(50% remote / 50% in office). The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling a fast-paced insurance office environment. This individual must be committed to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying coverage needs, and helping the agency achieve its retention and growth objectives. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, demonstrates a strong work ethic, and understands that every customer interaction is an opportunity to provide value, strengthen relationships, and earn additional business.

Salary Range: $38000.00 - $46000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Process policy changes, endorsements, vehicle additions and removals, driver changes, mortgage updates, billing questions, payment issues, cancellations and other service requests.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage long-term loyalty and retention.

Proactively contact customers when necessary to address policy concerns, account issues, and coverage needs.

Handle customer complaints and difficult conversations professionally while working toward satisfactory resolutions.

Review existing policies to ensure customer information and coverage selections are accurate and current.

Proactively assist customers who are considering canceling their insurance policies.

Investigate customer concerns regarding premiums, coverage, and service to identify possible solutions.

Conduct policy reviews and identify appropriate coverage adjustments or available discounts.

Proactively discuss bundling opportunities involving auto, home, renters, condominium, umbrella, and other available insurance products.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

Active Indiana Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous insurance experience

Prior Allstate Experience preferred
