Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service by answering client questions and resolving policy concerns.
Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries.
Review customer coverage and identify opportunities for additional products that meet their needs.
Generate new business through referrals, networking, inbound leads, and outbound prospecting.
Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media, community events, email campaigns, and local business outreach.
Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals.
Stay current on insurance products, industry changes, and licensing requirements.
Active Property & Casualty insurance license required (Life & Health license is a plus).
Previous insurance agency experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Sales-minded with the confidence to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Proficient with computers and agency management software.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and dependable.
