Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Assist clients with policy updates, endorsements, renewals, billing questions, and coverage changes.
- Explain insurance coverages and policy details in a clear, confident, and customer-friendly manner.
- Process policy changes accurately while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Build positive relationships with clients and provide ongoing support throughout their insurance experience.
- Work closely with agents and team members to quickly resolve customer concerns and ensure a smooth service experience.
- Stay informed on insurance products, company procedures, and industry updates to better serve clients.
Requirements
- Active Louisiana Property & Casualty License required
- Minimum of 2 years of insurance customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently assist clients by phone, email, and in person
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Comfortable using agency management systems and standard office technology
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
