We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed E2 Electrician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their craft, and can work independently or alongside other technicians. You will perform a variety of electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting tasks in residential and small commercial environments. ### **Key Responsibilities** - Perform residential and light commercial electrical installations and repairs - Troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and accurately - Install outlets, switches, lighting, panels, breakers, and related components - Ensure all work meets NEC and Connecticut state electrical code requirements - Communicate clearly with customers and provide professional onsite service - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Complete job documentation, including materials used and work performed - Work safely and follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines - Collaborate with team members and support company operations as needed ### **Qualifications** - Valid Connecticut E2 Journeyperson Electrician License (required) - Minimum 2 years of field experience preferred - Strong knowledge of NEC and CT electrical codes - Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and schematics - Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license - Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail - Professional communication and customer service skills - Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (crawl spaces, attics, etc.) ### **What We Offer** - Competitive pay based on experience - Steady, yearround work - Supportive team environment - Opportunities for growth and additional licensing - Respectful, professional company culture ### **Join Our Team** If youre a licensed E2 electrician looking to work with a reputable, growing electrical contractor that values quality and professionalism, BJAGS Electric is the right place for you.
