Position Overview


We're seeking a Licensed Electrician to join our growing team in Ocala, FL. This position involves residential electrical installations, electrical upgrades, troubleshooting, and specialty power system installations. No prior experience with backup power systems is required—we provide comprehensive training and opportunities to earn industry certifications.


Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical installations, upgrades, and service work.
• Install electrical panels, transfer equipment, and specialty electrical systems.
• Diagnose and complete residential electrical service calls.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and fellow team members.
• Complete job documentation accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Electrical License in good standing (Journeyman, Residential, or Master, as applicable).
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and electrical codes.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to safely lift equipment, climb ladders, work outdoors, and perform the physical requirements of the position.

Experience with backup power systems, transfer equipment, solar, battery storage, or other specialty electrical systems is a plus, but not required. We provide paid training for the right candidate.
