• The Role (Your Day-to-Day)*

This isn't just an electrician role-it's a service technician+ sales hybrid.

You'll run residential service calls across Corpus Christi-but you're not just there to "fix what's broken."

You're there to diagnose, educate, and offer the right solution.

You pull up to a home. Customer's got an issue-maybe a dead circuit, outdated panel, or safety concern. You don't just patch it.

You:

• Find the root problem
• Walk them through what's going on
• Present clear options (repair vs upgrade vs replace)

Then you own the job from start to finish-whether it's a quick fix or a larger ticket.

• What You'll Be Responsible For*
• Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues
• Install and upgrade panels, wiring, lighting, and devices
• Present repair and upgrade options to homeowners (Electrical Solutions Advisor Mindset)
• Educate customers so they can confidently move forward
• Close approved work and complete jobs same-day when possible
• Use ServiceTitan to document jobs, notes, and recommendations
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
• What Makes You a Fit*
• Valid Texas Electrical License (Wireman, Journeyman, or Master) OR eligible to test
• 2+ years residential experience (4+ years total electrical experience preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable talking to customers AND recommending solutions
• You're not afraid to sell when it's the right thing for the customer
• Self-motivated-you don't need someone watching over you
• On time. Always. (No exceptions here)
• Valid driver's license with clean record
