The Role (Your Day-to-Day)*This isn't just an electrician role—it's a service technician+ sales hybrid.
You'll run residential service calls across Corpus Christi—but you're not just there to “fix what's broken.”
You're there to diagnose, educate, and offer the right solution.
You pull up to a home. Customer's got an issue—maybe a dead circuit, outdated panel, or safety concern. You don't just patch it.
You:
- Find the root problem
- Walk them through what's going on
- Present clear options (repair vs upgrade vs replace)
Then you own the job from start to finish—whether it's a quick fix or a larger ticket.

What You'll Be Responsible For*
- Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues
- Install and upgrade panels, wiring, lighting, and devices
- Present repair and upgrade options to homeowners (Electrical Solutions Advisor Mindset)
- Educate customers so they can confidently move forward
- Close approved work and complete jobs same-day when possible
- Use ServiceTitan to document jobs, notes, and recommendations
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
What Makes You a Fit*
- Valid Texas Electrical License (Wireman, Journeyman, or Master) OR eligible to test
- 2+ years residential experience (4+ years total electrical experience preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable talking to customers AND recommending solutions
- You're not afraid to sell when it's the right thing for the customer
- Self-motivated—you don't need someone watching over you
- On time. Always. (No exceptions here)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
